Shop With Confidence

Whether a future customer, a frequent buyer, or simply a curious browser we treat all visitors the same. You can browse and shop with confidence knowing that Tribal Mayhem is committed to protecting our customers' personal information. All orders transmitted are encrypted and having implemented a high level of security throughout our site to guarantee all of our visitor’s data and information is kept private and secure.

To protect the security of your information during transmission we implement a secure system using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) by RapidSSL. When you place an order online, the SSL scrambles and encrypts your information before it is even sent to us over the Internet. This helps to protect your personal and credit card information from being read while it is transferred through the internet. All information exchanged with any address beginning with https is encrypted using SSL before transmission is even started.

After your order is placed, your private information (credit cards, financial information, etc.) remains encrypted at all times. We are never able to view your complete credit card information. Only your card type, the last 4 digits, and the expiration date are made available to our sales and support staff.

Because of the security measures in place there is no way we can rebill you if you choose to log in and simply make another purchase. With that in mind if you wish to reorder you must reenter all of your credit card information for each and every purchase. We understand that many customers like the convenience of being able to quickly pay without having to enter the financial information again, but we believe that the security of our customer’s information is more important than convenience. For those customers who wish to reorder and quickly pay we have added PayPal One-Step Checkout as well as Google Checkout for customers who desire this option. Both of these services provide a quick, easy, and highly secure checkout process, which make repeat purchases an easier task. If you wish to find further information reguarding these services Security and Privacy Policys below is a list of further information that will provide additional information reguarding these two services.

 Fair Credit Billing Act

It is important to remember that you are protected by the Fair Credit Billing Act when shopping online as well. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank or credit card company cannot legally hold you liable for more than $50.00 worth of fraudulent charges. The FCBA settlement procedures apply only to disputes about "billing errors." For example:

  • Unauthorized charges. Federal law limits your responsibility for unauthorized charges to $50.
  • Charges that list the wrong date or amount.
  • Charges for goods and services you didn't accept or weren't delivered as agreed.

In the unfortunate event that your credit card is used without your authorization, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with their reporting rules and procedures.
